Thomas Morgan

Thomas Morgan is an award-winning writer, producer and director and the founder of Square Zero Films. Morgan specializes in creating films and scripts that push boundaries, challenge conventions, and provoke thought. His style has garnered the support of Oscar-winning actress Susan Sarandon, Mary Louise Parker, Padma Lakshmi, and many others. Morgan's dedication is to crafting stories that linger long after the screen fades to black.

In addition to directing and producing, Morgan writes narrative scripts, including Exit Right which he will direct and produce in 2026.

Morgan’s production company, Square Zero Films, creates branded content for Alpine Distillery, People’s Health Clinic, Unilever, Bank of America, JLL, HSBC, Sunglass Hut, Dr. Pepper, Earth Shoes, ESPN, CNN, and more.

Morgan has been a keynote speaker multiple times on Capitol Hill and has spoken twice before the U.S. Congress. He spoke for the PPL forum at the 2012 Democratic National Convention, the United Nations in 2013 and hisTEDx Talk has reached over 260,000 people.

Thomas was the 2015 commencement speaker and received an honorary doctorate in Public Service from Central Michigan University. Originally from Owosso, Michigan, he currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah with his family.
